SOCIB present at the Oceanology International 2018
SOCIB HF Radar (Emma Reyes) has attended the Oceanology International 2018 (Oi) in London, 13-15 March 2018, where she gave a talk in the section for "Novel systems using ocean data" for showing the results of the private-public partnership SOCIB - RPS Ocean Science - SASEMAR.
Particularly, on this section, talks were focused on novel applications (novel ocean data combined with advances in connectivity and data storage) enabling innovative new uses of data, which can improve safety and efficiency of marine operations and drive growth of the blue economy.
The Oi is the world's leading ocean technology marine science exhibition and conference. It is the ideal forum, which brings together the academia, government and industry for sharing knowledge, networking, learning and connect with the world's marine science and ocean latest technology communities.
Presentation will be available on the Oi2018 website on Wednesday 28 March.
