As an Ocean Data Steward at SOCIB, my role focuses on managing and curating oceanographic data, ensuring it aligns with the principles of FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable) data sharing. My work supports the Open Science Trails (OSTrails) project, which aims to enhance data interoperability across Europe’s scientific community through innovations in Data Management Plans and Scientific Knowledge Graphs​.

Within this context, I contribute to the integration of oceanographic data into an interconnected framework that supports improved data tracking, discoverability, and assessment. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the data we collect at SOCIB can be efficiently shared across different platforms, supporting the broader goals of open science​.
