Through educational resources in a multitude of formats and aimed at all audiences, the ICTS SOCIB aligns with UNESCO's strategy to bring its scientific results closer to society and promote ocean literacy and marine environmental awareness. As a Unique Scientific and Technical Infrastructure (ICTS), SOCIB also raises awareness and highlights the crucial role of marine infrastructures, such as ocean observatories, in ocean conservation.
