The Fixed Stations Facility of the ICTS SOCIB consists of a network of coastal stations, oceanographic buoys, sea level stations, and weather stations.

Sea Level Stations
The sea level stations provide sea level measurements with the aim of obtaining high-resolution time series of sea level variation at different points of interest for subsequent analysis.

Coastal Stations
Coastal stations allow for the real-time collection of meteorological variables and images of the coast, as well as information on waves and currents in shallow waters.

Oceanographic Buoys
The deployed oceanographic buoys in open waters measure meteorological and oceanographic parameters of great interest, such as sea currents, water temperature, and wave height, among others, and provide data in real-time. Additionally, based on time series data, this information allows for the analysis of past events and the making of predictions.

Weather Stations
Weather stations measure, record, and continuously transmit various meteorological variables in order to understand weather conditions, assist numerical models in prediction, or develop specific studies related to coastal research.
